Prize
One (1) winner will receive the installation of a new roof (for residential property only) by Forshee Contracting, pursuant to the terms of a contract between the homeowner and Forshee Contracting. The total cost of the roof is not to exceed $15,000.00 to the contractor. If the cost of the roof exceeds $15,000.00, the homeowner will be responsible for the additional cost of the roof. The homeowner receiving the new roof must reside in Florida in one of the following counties: Duval; Clay; Nassau; Baker; St. Johns. If the winner does not reside in one of the eligible counties, the winner may gift the prize to another eligible individual who does. The roof must be completed by December 31, 2022, subject to force majeure events.Neither Jacksonville School for Autism nor Forshee Contracting are responsible for any taxes, insurance, or other obligations or liabilities incurred by the winner in connection with the prize.
