JSA Volunteer Day! Today marks the first Garden Day of the new school year at the new campus!
Volunteers came out this morning to help Mr. Kayne in the STEP Garden! They worked diligently to put together the Hyrdroponic Towers which will be maintained by the STEP students. The Hyrdoponic Towers will yield such herbs as basil to which STEP then makes a delicious pesto sauce!
Our littlest volunteers helped rake and shovel the dirt piles to even out the ground for the future raised beds! They did a fantastic job!
Thank you to The Wilson Family, Heather Frith, Gina Johns, and Nancee Harless for their very hard work! We are very grateful to you all for coming out in the heat today and for always supporting JSA!
