The Creativity for Change Art Program is a school-wide initiative at Jacksonville School for Autism (JSA) that empowers students of all abilities to explore self-expression through art. This dynamic program provides a creative outlet for students to develop fine motor skills, enhance communication, and build confidence while engaging in meaningful artistic experiences.
Through various mediums such as painting, sculpture, and mixed media, students are encouraged to express their thoughts, emotions, and perspectives in a supportive and enriching environment. Each piece of artwork reflects the unique talents and creativity of our students, fostering a sense of pride and accomplishment.
Beyond personal expression, Creativity for Change also connects students with the community by showcasing their artwork at events, exhibitions, and fundraisers. Proceeds from select art sales directly support JSA programs, reinforcing the idea that creativity can drive positive change.
